This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the public Gothe product website, join the launch waitlist, or contact us. The responsible operator is identified above.
About this website
The website presents a product in development. It does not currently provide Gothe accounts, application downloads, paid plans, advertising, or behavioural analytics.
The website does not intentionally store information in advertising or analytics cookies and does not call the Gothe application API.
Technical delivery and security data
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may process standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser and device information, and security events.
This processing is used to provide, secure, and diagnose the website. Technical logs are retained only for the periods configured with the relevant infrastructure provider and as needed to investigate security incidents.
Launch waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, selected language, consent version, and confirmation time. We use this information only to confirm your request and notify you when public access to Gothe opens.
Joining is optional and is based on your consent. The address is added to the confirmed waitlist only after you follow the confirmation link sent by email. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the instructions in our messages or by contacting us.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, and waitlist data storage. Resend provides delivery of confirmation and launch emails. These providers process information on our behalf under their applicable data-processing terms.
Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by the safeguards made available by the relevant provider under applicable data-protection law.
Retention
Unconfirmed waitlist requests expire automatically. Confirmed addresses are kept until you withdraw consent or, at the latest, 30 days after the final public-launch notification, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Support messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and document its resolution.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
